Processing Technology lets our company, Alimentsa, to be different from other companies, as it has specialized equipment in manufacturing aquaculture and other breeding feed products.

We consider that GRINDING in the process is a very important step, as it brakes raw materials down in a correct size to provide homogeneous particles to the MIXING, giving an efficient mixture with identical nutritional content which result in a better digestibility and nutrient absorption of the feed.

The next stage is the EXPANSION process , also the most important, because it gives an hydrothermal system that makes feed be subjected to high temperatures in a very short period of time (HTST), killing pathogenic bacteria and making a more digestible diet due to starch unfolding . The process is finished with a LIGHT POST CONDITIONING, obtaining :

	Balanced feeds with high nutritional fact.
	Bacteriae free.
	Better nutrient digestibility and absorption in shrimp.
	Balanced ration formulae with identical nutritional fact in each feeding particle.
	A water stability feed that is improved with pellet manipulation and attractability .
